This is a full time flex position working 6:30am-5:30pm. This OR is a functionally independent institution with the best equipped emergency department and uses up to 8 operating suites during any given shift. It has robotic capabilities all staff with expert health professionals who are dedicated and passionate about the care of children.

As a leader of clinical nursing you will bring compassion and organization to the operating room while overseeing and directly impacting the quality of care received. Be a great collaborator who can bring inspiration to your colleagues, your team, and your leaders. Be comfortable gathering staff perspectives to help positively impact units and motivate the staff to continue to serve children and families who travel from all over the world to be seen in this OR.

The applicant should be an individual with previous experience working in an Operating Room as a Registered Nurse. Ideally, this individual should have previous leadership experience as a Charge Nurse, Assistant Manager, or strong preceptor. Individuals who can guide independent thinking and maintain patient focused compassion well are highly desired. The potential for promotion and choice of movement within the organization makes this position highly desirable.
