    The Hospital Administrative Director Financial Planning will be responsible for developing and implementing financial planning and analysis strategies. This leader will play a pivotal role in guiding the company's financial decisions and ensuring alignment with strategic goals by leading the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to set financial targets and reporting these to the Chief Financial Officer. The Senior Director will conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis and scenario modeling, to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership. They will manage and mentor a team of financial analysts and professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. The Senior Director Financial Planning will ensure compliance with relevant regulations and accounting standards in all financial planning and analysis activities.

    Qualifications include:

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
    • 10 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
    • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a proven ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to diverse audiences
    • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and financial reporting
    • Proficiency in financial planning and analysis software and tools
    • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
