    Summary of Position: ServiceNow ITOM Senior Developer
    The ServiceNow ITOM Senior Developer is responsible for executing specific technical tasks, serving
    as technical support, interfacing directly with clients, and assisting to create standardization of
    technology methodologies, approaches and deliverables.
    Role Responsibilities
    Review architectural decisions, architecture solution, re-engineering architectures to meet
    project requirements. Ability & Experience to define at an architectural ( in consultation
    with Architects ) and design level of detail, technical solutions aligned with business
    problems.
    Customization and Administration of Service Now ITOM (Event Management, CMDB
    implementation, Discovery, Service Mapping)
    Implement out-of-the-box Service Now Discovery to meet various needs of the enterprise.
    Creates and maintains custom patterns, probes, and sensors to accommodate internal
    discovery requirements.
    Establishes and maintains discovery schedules.

    Mid server configuration & troubleshooting.
    Hands-on technical delivery including required documentation of cost-effective ServiceNow
    solutions
    Review the work done by team members as per ServiceNow best practices.
    Develop solutions in ServiceNow, prepare estimates, and work on capability presentation,
    Proof of Concept
    Qualifications Required:
    6-8 years overall work experience with at least 4+ years on ServiceNow platform focused on
    ITOM module integration
    Good Communication and presentation skills, Client handling.
    4+ years hands-on JavaScript coding experience
    Understanding of configuration and implementation experience of CMDB
    Hands-on with ITIL Process implementation.
    Hands-on with ServiceNow scripting
    ServiceNow for custom Application Design & Development.
    Ability to create and Modify Workflows.
    Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the Service-now platform.
    Hands-on migrating data from different tools into ServiceNow.
    Good at creating required information for Reporting and Dashboards
    Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS,
    Effective time management, team handling, and organizational skills Responsibilities
    Understand functional, technical, and business requirements and then turn those
    requirements into a successful implementation.
    Experience designing and implementing client facing solutions leveraging involving
    ServiceNow.
    Experience with Web Services like SOAP and REST to link ServiceNow with existing tools in a
    network.
    CIS, CSA or CAD certification preferred
    Event Management, Discovery & Service Mapping experience preferred
    Work Authorization
    Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in

    Salary and Other Compensation:
    Rev 8.2020
    The annual salary for this position is between $100,000-$120,00 depending on related ServiceNow
    ITOM module experience level
    This position is also eligible for Cognizants discretionary annual incentive program, based on
    performance and subject to the terms of Cognizants applicable plans.
