Job Title:Late Truck Freight Clerk

Location:Willmar, MN

Pay Rate:$17.75/hour


Whats the Job?


Maintain late truck email:Communicate late delivery information and provide follow-up correspondence per department procedures.

Work closely with Appointment coordinator to alert necessary personnel of potential late trucks as identified by track and trace

Communicate any WM/Sams issues with deliveries to the WM vendor Management team

Run Wal-Mart appointment verification daily and cross check AS 400

Administer late coding for late customer deliveries and track/report per period


Whats Needed?


Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Willing to accept continual repetitive changes in a fast paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel-data entry
