    Monte Nido Portland

    West Linn, OR

    Monte Nido Portland, located in West Linn, OR is a residential treatment program exclusively for adults seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction. Monte Nidostreatment approach focuses on the restoration of physiological and nutritional balance, implementation of healthy eating and exercise routines, elimination of harmful behaviors, and development of motivation and treatment engagement. Our objective is to help each client achieve a clear understanding of their eating and/or exercise disorder and its effect on their life, as well as an individualized appreciation of what is necessary for their personal recovery.

    We are seeking a full time Primary Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary treatment team.

    Full time Tuesday-Saturday OR Sunday-Thursday schedule.

    $5,000 Sign On Bonus!

    Summary of Benefits

    Responsibilities Include::
    • Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
    • Act as a liaison between families and outpatient providers.
    • Engage with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management.
    • Play a crucial role in discharge and aftercare planning.
    • Provide therapeutic meal support while role-modeling a healthy relationship with food.
    • Offer safe, empathetic, and affirming care tailored to each client's unique circumstances, considering their diverse identities.
    Qualifications::

    • Masters degree in clinical counseling or related discipline.

    • State license (or license-eligible) in a counseling field (ex. CSWA, QMHP, LMSW)

    • Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is helpful

    • Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices
