    Our client, one of the largest Pharma companies in the U.S., is looking for anScientist - III (Senior)in their West Point Pennsylvania Location

    Job Title: Scientist - III (Senior)
    Location: West Point Pennsylvania (Onsite)
    About the Role:

    • Experience to focus and is needed for the role:
    • PCR primer design and nucleic acid analysis.
    • Sequence analysis expertise.
    • Biosafety lab(BSL-II) experience
    • Geneious Prime software experience or expertise with similar software is considerable.
    Education:
    • Minimum required: B.Sc. in biochemistry or biological sciences with 6+ years hands-on lab experience is must
    • M.Sc./PHD degree with 4+ years hands-on lab experience is must
    Required:
    • Cell and molecular biology experience.
    • Tissue culture experience.
    • Experience with PCR primer design and nucleic acid analysis.
    • Sequence analysis expertise.
    • Virology experience is nice to have.
    • Biosafety lab(BSL-II) experience.
    • Strong writing and presentation skills.
    • Strong analytical skills, detail oriented.
    • Excellent record keeping/laboratory notebook skills.
    • Critical thinking; able to evaluate results and troubleshoot issues.
