    QC Inspector

    Hiring Quality Inspector Position for a great company in Tulsa!!!

    Pay:$20-$24, depending on experience

    1st shift: 6:00a.m.-3:00pm OR 7:00a.m.-4:00p.m. Tentatively thinking

    Preferred characteristics, competencies and capabilities:
    Proficiency using the Companys Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, communication systems, computer systems, software systems, operating systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel and other related programs.

    Quality Inspector Position JobResponsibilities:

    • Must have: Great attitude & good attendance
    • Experience with precision measurementsusing ID/OD micrometers and calipers
    • Knowledge of geometric tolerances
    • Experience using a CMM (coordinate measuring machine)
    • Experience using a gear analyzer Knowledge of geometric tolerances
    • Inspects machined, fabricated, sub-assembled, assembled parts
    • First articles,In process ,Final inspection,verbal communications
    • Reads blueprints
    • Performs, controls, records, calibration of inspection tools and instruments, shop inspection tools, shop control fixtures, per the appropriate quality procedure and ISO 10012.
    • Gear Measuring Machine (GMM), FARO ARM and hardness testing.

    Physical Requirements and Work Conditions:

    • Must be able to perform the following physical activities: standing, walking, sitting, kneeling, bending, lifting, carrying, balancing, stooping, reaching, handling, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing.
    • May require lifting up to 50 pounds with or without lifting aids and devices.
    • Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing shop and climate-controlled office environment as job duties require. May be exposed to loud operating machinery and cold or hot temperatures

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    • Associates Degree and two years of successful experience in a manufacturing environment producing products of similar methods and procedures; or five years successful experience of similar inspection, quality assurance work. Proven record.
