Our client in Middletown, DEis looking for a hardworking, motivated Maintenance Supervisorto join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous maintenancesupervisor experience and5+ years troubleshooting Allen Bradley equipment .

What will you be doing?

• Provide technical support and assistance to manufacturing and maintenance team members, supervisors and production associates.
• Implementation and maintenance of safety requirements for equipment and processes throughout the plant.
• Supervision of maintenance department in order to efficiently achieve projects, reduction of equipment downtime and improve production efficiency.
• Ensure all annual and semi-annual inspections are completed.
• Ensures all environmental, safety, quality, operations, budget and production targets are being met. .

What do you bring?

• 5+ years with instrumentation, PLCs, programming and troubleshooting Allen Bradley processors, RS Logic and I/O cards.
• Previous experience supervising a maintenance team in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair control circuits, gearboxes, conveyors, pumps and hydraulic systems.
• Experience in the installation and maintenance pressure sensors, level sensors, transducers, 0-10 volt and 4-20ma systems.
• Maintaining building maintenance systems such as air compressors, cooling towers, space heaters, AC units,480/277 panels, 208/120 panels, 240/120 panels, 3 phase and single phase circuits including transformers and motors.
