Reporting to the CNO, the Nursing Director ICU will have oversight of the Hospitals ICU, Med Surg, and Observation Units. The Nursing Director ICU will direct the day-to-day clinical operations of the units including oversight of staff development, hiring, training, scheduling, and new hire onboarding. In addition, the Nursing Director ICU will have oversight of the departmental administrative operations including unit budgets, resource management, and ensuring policies and procedures are up to date and being followed.
