Our client, one ofthe most world-leading automotive supplier is seeking a Sit-down Quality Inspectorto join their team. You will serve as a representative of the Quality Department at all times enforing customer quality expectations with respect to quality standards and deviations. The ideal candidate will have great work ethics, reliable, and QC experince.

Job Title:Quality Inspector

Location: Hayward, CA

Pay Range: $22/hr

Shift: 8am-4:30pm

Whats the Job?

• Audit procedures, processes, and product according to audit plan or incident.
  
• Initiate and follow-up internal corrective actions for non-conformities.
  
• Coordinate identification of parts after product or process modification.
  
• Perform functional tests and checks to checking fixtures.
  
• SPC charting and creation of test reports.
  
• Create and maintain quality inspection plans, limit samples, and part history.
  
• Track customer returns, ensure disposition is appropriate, and initiate corrective actions.
  
• Coordinate containment activity, root cause analysis, and problem solving efforts.
  
• Track corrective actions and quality alerts, evaluate effectiveness, and seek close-out.
  
• Participate in creation and update of control plans and process FMEAs.
  
• Pareto analysis of customer returns and audit results to focus improvement efforts.
  
• Support other members of the PC and/or Quality department as directed.
  
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
