An award winning pediatric hospital is looking for a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse Clinical Lead to join their team.

This pediatric offers a wide range of services including behavioral health services, surgical services, sports medicine, cardiovascular services, cancer services, and much more.

TheClinical Leader will oversee administrative and patient care services nursing decision-making during weekends, evening, and night shifts. The supervisor will communicate issues to administrator, program manager, or appropriatepersonnel. TheClinical Leader will direct patient care services and other staff in the managementand resolution of emergent and crises. They will manage and overseehospital operations during designated shift. They will be in charge of assessing individual patient, parent, and unit needs as necessary to direct staff and resolve issues. TheClinical Leader will assess staffing needs for patient care and distribute resources and personnel where needed. TheClinical Leader will evaluate nursing staff performance in situations and provide inputto written evaluations as requested. They will coordinate and direct patient throughout admission, transfer, and discharge to ensure patient and family needs are met promptly.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of an approvedBSNprogram.
• Registered Nurse with currentlicensure
• Minimum of two years nursing experience required
• Previous leadership experience preferred
