    Overview:

    The role of Adobe Solutions Consultant is part of the Digital Marketing Sales organization spanning net new and existing clients. The Adobe Solutions Consultant role is responsible for supporting pre-sales solutions, technical strategy, and scoping activities on assigned accounts while working closely with Account Executives. The focus of an Adobe Solutions Consultant is understanding how to pair technology with consulting expertise to meet the clients needs.

    Key Activities

    The Adobe Solutions Consultant focuses their time on the following aspects and works with the Account Executive role to drive growth:

    Each of these elements can be complex and intertwined. This role involves multiple stakeholders: Cognizant & Levs customer, Salesforce (our partner), Cognizant & Levs Delivery team. Its important that all stakeholders are considered with each scope and consulted as needed.

    Account Planning

    Its important for the Adobe Solutions Consultant to map out important details about their clients and prospects, including information about their technology stack, overall business strategy, and technical roadmap in order to win them over, retain and grow them. Tasks within account planning include:

    ? Learn the clients business. This includes:

    ? Signing up for their emails / communications

    ? Exploring their web presence, investor reports

    ? Read recent news

    ? Understand all work completed

    ? Learn customer expectations and outcomes

    ? Previous project information, important recordings

    ? IKT with previous team members

    ? Document Known & Unknowns

    ? What products does the customer use? Why?

    ? What are their goals/objectives for the year?

    ? What does Cognizant & Lev play in their growth? What role should we play?

    ? Participate and support planning QBRs

    ? Ability to break down account plans into a high-level execution plan that allows for accurate scoping, de-risking, matching to terms and expectations.

    Manage Your Business

    At any given time, the Adobe Solutions Consultant is accountable for millions of dollars in revenue under management. It is important for Adobe Solutions Consultants to understand Cognizant & Levs business key performance indicators for personal and team bonus attainment, as well as the impact of different levers on these indicators.

    ? Lead and close all upsell and cross sell opportunities within the current client relationship, as well as growth within new client business units

    ? Keep opportunities moving on schedule. Follow-up on tasks and deadlines; manage internal schedule / timeline. Keeping in mind / analyze the big picture.

    ? Be present and accountable to our customers, the Lev project team, the Lev Account Team and your management team with an ability to understand outcomes and provide clear direction and next steps.

    ? Participate in necessary internal status meetings

    ? Meet with Account Executive in a predetermined cadence

    ? Accurately and effectively execute necessary processes

    Product Knowledge

    Working with delivery team, the Adobe Solutions Consultant will often determine the technical scope of the client solutions, help facilitate technical discovery of new solutions, and identify opportunities / challenges in customers tech stack, data / integrations, team resources, operational processes, use cases, etc. Tasks as a SolCon for demonstrating product knowledge include:

    ? Understand and be able to execute Agile SDLC rituals and create the associated deliverables

    ? Has demonstrable knowledge of AEM 6.5 & AEMaaCS as well as experience integrating with Adobe Analytics and at least one more of Adobe Target, Campaign, Marketo, Journey Optimizer

    ? AEP experience is a big plus

    ? Has 7+ years of experience with AEM 6.4 or later and has led at least two successful implementations and can share details and challenges of those engagements

    ? Technical certifications across one or more of the above products preferred

    ? Ability to track and add meaningful input based on personal or industry experience during internal and client-facing conversations about proposed solutions, technical dependencies, leading practices, next steps

    ? Expertise in core web technologies including XML, HTML5, CSS, client/server-side-scripting languages such as JavaScript preferably using SPA (Single page application) and web services development using RESTful implementations

    ? Experience implementing SPAs with one or more Javascript frameworks including React, Angular, Vue, Backbone

    ? Experience estimating level of effort for projects and defining teams with appropriate skills to deliver those projects on time according to the defined schedule and LOE

    ? Has experience with the integration of content-centric application development patterns using Adobe AEM with or without a Portal, Search, Commerce package or other platforms, is preferred

    ? Ultimate accountability for scope of all engagements under management in partnership with Account Executives

    Required Education:Bachelors degree required.

    The annual salary for this position is between $72,200.00 $175,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

    This position is also eligible for Cognizants discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizants applicable plans.
