The CardiacCathLab Quality Improvement RN will work under the direction of theCathLab Nurse Director andCathLab Manager. The Quality Improvement RNwill provide hands on care to patients, but also act as a resource for the staff and provide theCathLab team with current, best-practice education and trainings. They will be a leader in implementing the nursing practice model and help ensure the daily operations of theCathLab run smoothly. The CathLab Quality Coordinator will have a Bachelor's in Nursing degree with experience in cardiac catheterization lab and cardiac care.
