Position Responsibilities

• Lead a new application security matrix team to develop, implement and maintain secure systems and applications.

• Identify and develop standard controls to ensure application security throughout the organization.

• Provide strategic direction to ensure theyre in compliance with cybersecurity policies, standards and industry best practices.

• Manage, produce and publish status reports, project documentation, technical notifications and application security changes to internal clients.

• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and addressing vulnerabilities in Ulines security programs to reduce financial, legal, compliance and privacy risk.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. A Bachelors degree is preferred.

• 15+ years of experience in Application Development or Database Administration.

• 5+ years of IT leadership experience.

• Understanding of Cybersecurity practices.
