Entry level Sales Representative-Community Solar

Finray Solar is helping households and businesses lower their energy costs through clean, affordable community solar programs. We partner with local communities to expand access to renewable energy - even without requiring customers to install panels on their property. Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Sales Representative to engage directly with residential customers and drive customer acquisition for our community solar programs in DE, MD & NJ along with helping homeowners set rooftop solar consultations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face interaction and educating customers about energy savings opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

Generate new customer enrollments for community solar programs and set rooftop consultations
Educate homeowners and renters on community solar benefits, billing structure, and savings opportunities
Qualify customers based on utility eligibility and subscription requirements
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and enrollments using CRM systems
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
Stay informed on utility markets, program updates, and competitive offerings
Represent the company professionally and ethically at all times

Compensation

Competitive weekly uncapped commissions & training bonus
Monthly bonus incentives
On-target sales earnings expected at $55,000 to $75,000 year 1

Qualifications Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Comfortable working outdoors and traveling locally
Ability to work evenings/weekends as needed; M-F ~10:30am-7:30pm
Valid driver’s license is an asset but not mandatory
