Our rapidly growing Deal Advisory practice is looking for a talented Manager with demonstrated experience performing financial due diligence for technology & SaaS transactions that wants to be a part of an exciting and dynamic team. This role will work with nationally recognized industry leaders and provides an excellent opportunity for advancement. Our deal advisory team undertook over 625 deals in 2023, with cumulative transaction values in excess of $17 billion. With a multidisciplinary deal team of~100professionals, we work closely with our clients in the areas of due diligence, transaction tax, valuation, IT diligence and transaction structuring.
As a Manager you will:
- Work closely with Partners and Directors to manage activities of buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
- Perform quality of earnings and working capital analyses by interviewing management, and analyzing & synthesizing data to identify historical and future financial and operational trends that provide insights in the deal negotiation process
- Analyze Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) trends and metrics.
- Develop relationships with senior leadership at clients and target company executives
- Communicate due diligence findings in a formal report
- Supervise junior staff and provide performance review feedback
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred), Finance or a related business discipline
- 5+ years of professional services experience, with 2+ years of demonstrated experience performing financial due diligence for technology & SaaS transactions preferably from a Big 4, National or large Regional CPA firm
- Active CPA license or in-progress required
- Strong accounting, data analysis and critical thinking/problem solving skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong project management skills, ability to run multiple engagements at once
- Positive attitude, self-starter, strong work ethic
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel as needed (expected <25%)

The salary range for this position is $81,035 to $256,600.
