Contracts Coordinator
This in-office position will work out of our Home Office in Dripping Springs, TX.
Salary Range: $47,000 - $52,000
Contracts Coordinator
Provide administrative support for the Contracts Services team including, but not limited to, contract coordination, RFP responses, project support, and customer service to internal and external clients across our key industries.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of responses to requests for proposals, including gathering information, writing content, and completing required forms
- Coordinate reviews, approvals, and submissions for RFPs
- Maintain organization's repository of successful RFP response templates and tools
- Assist team with recurring edits to contract template documents for varying company service groups and specific customer affiliation groups
- Assist with setting up the account by gathering information to complete and submit an accurate start-up checklist
- Perform routine data entry promoting effective contract maintenance
- Maintain and update the central database of contractual annual increase terms and customer contact information
- Perform routine follow-up status tracking/reporting/communication
- Assist with updates to ongoing department training and compliance materials
- Perform daily administrative functions such as obtaining signatures, document scanning, distribution, mailing and general filing
- Complete miscellaneous contract and finance-related administrative tasks, reporting requests, and research project assistance as they arise

Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- Three years of administrative experience, preferably in a contracts administration support role
- Knowledge of standard service-level contract terms and templates
- Ability to perform document version control in Word and Google platforms
