Benefits Administrator

BURNCO is looking for ameticulous and self-drivenBenefits Administrator who will be responsible for the administration of the Canadian and US Benefits and Savings programs for the company. You'll also ensure compliance with company policy and all statutory requirements and regulations in a timely and accurate manner.
What You Will Be Doing:- Responsible for the day-to-day administration new hires, enrollments, terminations, retirements, and life events.
- Manage vendor interface error/warning reports and complete data corrections.
- Oversight of the Canadian Salary Continuance (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) programs.
- You will address all employee benefit inquiries as they arise.
- Support the US Annual Open Enrollment process.
- Participate in project work with the Director, Total Rewards & Benefits on plan design changes, system modification requirements, improved reporting, and developing more efficient and effective processes.
What We Would Like from You
- Minimum 3 5 years of Canadian and US benefits and savings program experience
- Comprehensive understanding of Excel spreadsheet applications
- Proven experience in a team-based environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of Benefits and Savings Program Legislation
- CEBS designation/certification courses would be an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
- Experience with UKG (UltiPro/Kronos) would be an asset
