    Payroll Coordinator

    Clinton

    Location: Clinton

    Department: Accounting

    Position Title: Payroll Coordinator

    Position Summary: The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for providing superior guest service through the functions of this position to all Wild Rose Casino & Hotel guests.

    In addition to the below key duties and responsibilities, all Wild Rose team members are ambassadors of the Wild Rose brand and culture.

    Essential Functions: The essential functions and responsibilities of this position are:
    • Complies payroll data: hours worked, taxes, insurance, employee identification numbers
    • Prepares computer input forms
    • Enters data into computer files and computes wages and deductions using computer and posts to payroll records
    • Reviews wages computed and corrects error to ensure accuracy of payroll
    • Records changes affecting net wages, such as exemptions, insurance coverage and garnishments
    • Other duties as assigned

    Schedule: The schedule for this position is classified as part-time.

    Salary: $15 / per hour and attendance incentive
