The NICU department in this 300+ bed Medical Center has a great reputation for high-quality care and exceptional patient outcomes. The NICU Nurse Manager will lead clinical and administrative operations. The NICU Nurse Manager should have strong skills in clinical leadership in high-acuity environments.

Reporting to the Administrative Director of Maternal and Child Health, the NICU RN Manager will oversee a busy, high-acuity unit. Your talents in both Intensive Care Nursing and Clinical Leadership will be front and center as you collaborate across disciplines and departments to ensure that patient care standards are closely maintained. Supported by two experienced NICU Nursing Supervisors and three Charge Nurses, the Manager will provide vision, leadership, and mentorship to a strong staff of 30+ Registered Nurses with a wide array of skills and backgrounds.

The NICU Nurse Manager will play a crucial role in the clinical and administrative operations of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). In collaboration with inpatient financial analysts, youll work closely with the Director to develop and maintain the units annual budgets. The Nurse Manager will also take oversight of achieving and maintaining target staffing levels to ensure patient care and safety, as well as staying current on compliance standards for a number of regulatory agencies.
