    Job Description

    The Marketing & Graphics Coordinator works closely with the onsite Operations team and Regional Marketing team to help bring both Aramark?s and our client?s vision and mission to life. The Marketing & Graphics Coordinator is a champion, guardian, advocate, and ambassador of the brand. Collaboratively with the key stakeholders, Marketing & Graphic Coordinators create, organize and execute all communication initiatives, including both proactive and reactive communication to bring the brand to life. The coordinator will provide support on all local engagement activities, both partner and consumer facing, including but not limited to graphic collateral creation, social media, website management, written and verbal communication, and special event development and execution.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Creation and coordination of all on-site graphic collateral, including print and digital pieces from start to finish.
    • Lead the development and execution of the student engagement calendar for on-site special events in dining locations.
    • Manages digital and in-person surveying and student feedback.
    • Drives content curation for Berry Dining's Instagram page.
    • Responsible for updating and maintaining the Berry Dining website.
    • Collaborates with team members for signage design plans for locations including digital screens, menu boards, meal plan promotions, etc.
    • Execute revenue drivers (revenue building campaigns, meal plan sales, contests, and giveaways).
    • Hires, develops, and manages student Peer to Peer team.

    Qualifications

    • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. A BS degree in business, marketing and/or marketing is highly preferred.
    • 1-2 years of experience managing social media platforms and a passion for staying up to date on the latest digital trends.
    • 1-2 years content creation experience (internal communication, social media posts, graphic advertisements, etc.)
    • Video editing knowledge a plus.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong, research, project management and analytical skills.
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Canva Pro and Adobe applications.
