Progressive Care Unit Assistant Nurse Manager

The Progressive Care Unit Assistant Nurse Manager will work closely with the Progressive Care Nurse Manager to support the hospitals Progressive Care Department. The Progressive Care Unit Assistant Nurse Manager will assist the Progressive Care Nurse Manager in providing operational leadership as well as clinical leadership. The Progressive Care Unit Assistant Nurse Manager will be well-supported by a highly skilled team of Nurse Supervisors, Charge Nurses, Staff RNs, and Unit Secretaries.
The Progressive Care Unit Assistant Nurse Manager will assist the Nurse Manager by mentoring staff, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment, maintaining compliance and quality standards, and encouraging professional development.
Located in beautiful New Mexico with the Albuquerque Metropolitan Area nearby, the Progressive Care Unit Assistant Nurse Manager will enjoy the abundant sunshine and access to plenty of outdoor activities including hiking, sightseeing, camping, and hot air balloon rides.
