Stellenvoraussetzungen

• eine abgeschlossene kaufmnnische Ausbildung, idealerweise ergnzt durch eine Fortbildung zum/zur Personalkaufmann/ Personalkauffrau und/oder in dem Bereich Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
• erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
• gute allgemeine MS-Office-Kenntnisse insbesondere sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
• idealerweise gute Kenntnisse in DATEV LODAS
• eine hohe Zahlenaffinitt und Detailorientierung
• gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Stelleninhalte

• Erstellung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
• Beratung und Betreuung unserer Mitarbeiter in allen Fragen rund um die Gehaltsabrechnung
• Monatliche Abstimmung der Konten mit Finance
• Berechnung der Umsatzbeteiligungen gemeinsam mit unserem Finance-Team, Verwaltung der entsprechenden Vereinbarungen und Ansprechpartner fr das Thema Umsatzbeteiligungen
• Erstellung von Bescheinigungen, Reportings und Statistiken sowie sonstiger anfallender Korrespondenz
• Betreuung und Bearbeitung der betrieblichen Altersvorsorge
• Untersttzung und Durchfhrung von Projekten im Rahmen von gesetzlichen und betrieblichen Anforderungen
• Begleitung der internen und externen Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsprfungen
• Aktualisierung und Pflege von Personalakten
• Begleitung der Jahresabschlussarbeiten
• Mitwirkung bei diversen HR Projekten
