Sodexo Campus segment is seeking a Food Service Manager 2 for Hobart & William Smith Colleges in Geneva, NY. As the Food Service Manager, you will manage operations to ensure quality, freshness of food and great customer service for all students, faculty and staff. We are looking for an innovative leader who is comfortable with technology advances, learning new programs and who has strong employee engagement skills and can drive strategic growth. Shifts for this role include one weekend day per week and evenings.

The successful candidate will:

• have oversight of day-to-day operations;
• deliver high quality food service;
• provide employee training and development;
• develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
• have the ability and willingness to motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline (hourly paid staff);
• oversee ordering and inventory controls;
• assist with catering functions;
• oversee safety;
• ensure Sodexo standards are met.

• demonstrate working knowledge of Scala, Blackboard, Drive, The Market Connection (TMC) and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience.
