COMPENSATION AND BENEFITPsychiatry (PSY)

• Up to- $399,645. negotiable
• Relocation - $30,000 + as needed.
• Sign on bonus -10%-15% of base salary - negotiable
• Retention bonus 10%of annual salary at 2-year mark
• Student Loan Repayment: ISH, NHSC, AK Sharp Program
• Guaranteed yearly Base Increase up to 5%
• PTO: 400 hours carry over/or cash payout of not used 2Xs yearly/Time off increases with tenure.
• PLUS: 13 Paid holidays
• CME: Paid + days.

• 50% Clinical / 50% Administrative (Time will be adjusted to providers needs)
• M-F 8-hour days
• No call requirement
• Clinical oversight of: Outpatient Services, Intensive Case Management Services, Clubhouse Services, Youth residential Services, and Womens Substance Use Residential Services
• Integrating Psychiatry into current and expanded Intensive Case Management Programs, Enhancing Nurse Case Management incorporation into all programming. Supporting development/Identification of EHR.
