Dispatcher - Urbandale

Our client, in Urbandale is seeking a Dispatcher to join their team. As a Dispatcher, you will be taking calls, using the radio, or computer to set up appointments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organization and time management skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Whats the Job?

• Schedule appointments.
  
• Take inventory and keep track of statistics.
  
• Record organization.
  
• Work on a team to ensure drivers and riders feel satisfied with their transportation experience.
  
• Multi-task by operating phones, computer and customers in general.
  

Whats Needed?

• Dispatch experience preferred.
  
• Excellent communication skills.
  
• Excellent attendance and attention to detail.
  
• Must be able to pass a background and drug test.
  
• High School Diploma or GED.
