Partnership Agent II -

**Must be at least 18 years old to be considered.**

Overview:

This is a hybrid role working out of Tempe, Arizona at our Mobile Service Headquarters.

Working on the Partnership Team, the Partnership Agent acts as a liaison for our partners, field operations, internal operations and customers. You will help incubate and grow the partnership vertical, provide operational support, continuous feedback and exceptional customer service to all parties involved.

WE WILL DEPEND ON THIS PERSON TO

• Proactively manage new partnership appointments
• Proactively manage Partnership Portal service request
• Manage individual task and workflows in efficient and timely manner
• Assist Internal Operations team members with general and partnership specific questions
• Assist field Operations team members with partnership specific questions; navigate potential issues and provide walk through type support when needed
• Determine vehicle and customer needs based off field inspections
• Audit field inspection reports for critical information in regards to compliance and partnership requirements
• Communicate field inspections to partners when specific repairs require authorizations and approvals
• Communicate repair and claim information to customers and record all information and correspondence within our internal programs
• Create customer and partnership profiles within our internal systems
• Produce accurate repairs orders for customers that include; estimates, claim information and cost associated with specific partnerships
• Schedule customers and repairs accordingly
• Research repair procedures, parts and labor times when necessary
• Audit completed repairs orders and invoice partners
• Engage with customers in meaningful and effective manner via phone, email or text leveraging our digital platform consistent with the companys mission brand and reputation; Follow up when necessary
• Gain superior product knowledge to effectively help customers, partners and internal teams
• Provide an exceptional experience for our customers and partners to drive loyalty and growth
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager

WHAT YOU BRING

• Excellent communication skills (written & oral) interpersonal and presentation skills

• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Experience and desire to work with technology (AllData, ProDemand, etc.)
• OEM & Aftermarket parts knowledge
• Prior Automotive experience
• Prior sales experience
• High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications but not Required

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and education
• 2+ years of experience working in customer service involving a high degree of customer interface, experience within the automotive market preferred
• Experience working with automotive professionals
