Job Description Summary

The Lead Quality Engineer reports to the Site Quality Leader. This person will be responsible for all aspects of part quality for the assigned product team.

Essential Responsibilities

• Advocate for and lead proactive quality improvement projects (focused on predictive quality);
• Drive team towards a zero defect culture;
• Uses technical experience and analytical thinking;
• Demonstrate leadership and influence skills;
• Ensure operational alignment with site quality KPIs;
• Communicate across organization;
• Present to senior leaders and on cross functional teams;

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in quality.)
• 3 years of manufacturing experience
