Part-Time opportunity for candidates looking for work with flexibility. Join an established team of school custodians to provide services that ensure clean, sanitary, safe, and well-maintained school facilities.


Job Title: Substitute School Custodian
Location: Seminole County, FL
Pay: $12.00/hr

Whats the Job?

Perform all cleaning and sanitizing in accordance with Custodial Services Handbook and District requirements.

Use custodial chemicals and supplies in accordance with Custodial Services Handbook and manufacturers instructions.

Operate and maintain custodial equipment in accordance with Custodial Services Handbook and manufacturers instructions.

Maintain proper care and disposal of all trash and recyclables and adhere to energy and recycling program requirements.

Perform general cleaning and sanitizing of facilities to include, but not limited to, floors, carpets, classrooms, offices, cafeteria, gymnasium, shower and locker rooms, auditorium, toilet rooms, drinking fountains, and all related areas, as well as cleaning up after accidents and/or illnesses in accordance with District procedures.

Whats Needed?

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time.

1-2 years of sanitation, cleaning, janitorial or housekeeping experience

Ability to work afternoons and evenings
