    Job Description

    Incentive-Based Sign-On Bonus

    • Up to $3000bonus in your first year based on specific certifications.

    Pay Range:$32.60 - $38.65 / hour


    Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2nd Shift, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

    The Master Fleet Technician's primary purpose will require the individual to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on fleet vehicles and equipment including gas and diesel engines, hydraulic systems, air brakes, forklifts, tankers and trailers.

    Key responsibilities:

    - Troubleshoot and repair fleet vehicles and equipment

    - Oversee Fleet Technicians and provide direction as assigned by Lead Technician

    - Help schedule and support all work within the shop

    - Coordinate training - Manage costs according to budget and daily completion of repairs

    - Ensure DOT compliance

    - Program and record assigned preventative maintenance tasks

    - Receive and process invoices for payment

    - Maintain parts inventory and budget

    - Parts and Inventory control

    - Maintain shop housekeeping standards and prepare end of month reporting and/or any other administrative requirements

    - Ensure safe work practices

    Qualifications

    Minimum five years hands-on experience in commercial fleet repair (gas or diesel accepted), propane experience preferred but not required

    Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

    Cummins, Ford, or other engine manufacturer Diagnostic Tool proficiency

    Ability to handle physical requirements, including, but not limited to, repeated bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting up to 60 pounds

    Valid drivers license

    Ability to obtain CDL B within specified period of time

    ASE Certification required within specified period of time

    Must possess personal tools

    Positive team-player attitude

    Possesses exceptional work ethic, energy, and drive
