    As the Director of Nursing Neuro ICU, you will play a vital role in coordinating and delivering patient care. You will lead a talented team and ensure the smooth functioning of the clinical patient care unit. We are a supportive and collaborative team, and we are excited to welcome a phenomenal addition like you who shares our passion for patient care.

    What You Will Do In Your Role:
    - Report to the Senior Director, Vice President, and/or the Chief Nursing Officer
    - Be accountable for 70-100 staff, 40 plusbeds, and management of patient care in assigned units
    - Collaborate with physicians and the patient care team to consistently exceed customer expectations
    - Assess and prioritize opportunities for improvement and implement effective changes

    What qualifications you will need:
    - Three years of recent RN acute care experience
    - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
    - Current RN license in the state of Texas or ability to obtain temporary license prior to hire
