Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:

22 months of role experience is required.

Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Weekends required

Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD)

On call: traveler must be able to cover call on an as needed basis.

RDMS-AB, RDMS-OB required

RTO: Aya Offer: < 5 Days. Client Offer: > 5 Days.

Anything more than 5 Days will potentially delay your offer while we run approval by the client. To minimize turn around, please limit total RTO requests.

Additional Information: Inpatient and Outpatient vascular exams including Upper and Lower extremity arteries and veins pre and post intervention, Aorto-Iliac for AAA and Endograft, Carotid duplex pre and post intervention, Renal duplex pre and post intervention, mesenteric pre and post intervention. Lower extremity bypass grafts, dialysis fistula, ankle brachial index with and without treadmill, vein mapping upper and lower extremity as well as preheart evaluation exams.

Scrub Color: Any (no reddish orange permitted)

Background Policy to be noted prior to submission: Please notify of BG or Nursys hits at time of submittal; can submit with BG/Nursys hits, but must present to client for written approval.

Return Staff Policy: 3 month rule to return as traveler

BLS Instructor, Provider, and RQI are acceptable.

Maximum days off: 5 days
