    COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Psychiatry (PSY)
    • $285,461.00 - $399,645.00 (estimated per years practicing)
    • Relocation - $30,000 + as needed.
    • Sign on bonus -10%-15% of base salary - negotiable
    • Retention bonus 10%of annual salary at 2-year mark
    • Student Loan Repayment: ISH, NHSC, AK Sharp Program
    • Guaranteed yearly Base Increase up to 5%
    • PTO: 400 hours carry over/or cash payout of not used 2Xs yearly/Time off increases with tenure.
    • PLUS: 13 Paid holidays
    • CME: Paid + days.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILSPsychiatry (PSY)
    • 50% Clinical / 50% Administrative (Time will be adjusted to providers needs)
    • M-F 8-hourdays
    • No call requirement
    • Consult service for: Hospital, ER, Primary Care Clinics, Medication Assisted Treatment Clinic, Crisis Stabilization, and short term (2-7 day) Crisis Residential. Consult to our new Adult Detox program will also be required.
    • No operation oversight requirement
