Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Experience:

24 months of role experience is required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license prior to placement start.

Candidates must live at least 63 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

40 hour guarantee

No weekends and On call.
