    Job Summary:

    Please Note:This is an in-office role, based out of our Omaha, NE headquarters.

    Hire top candidates for internal sales and operations positions. Provide steady flow of top candidates. Track metrics and develop systems to improve. Ensure hiring managers understand interview/hiring techniques. Ensure onboarding process is up to date and complete. This position also provides support in the following functional areas: departmental development, employee relations, benefits, and compensation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
    • Recruit for sales, administrative, IT and other office positions qualifying a steady flow of candidates
    • Work directly with management to identify and recruit A+ candidates
    • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
    • Oversee onboarding process and communicate updates
    • Maintain employee information in HRIS system and related systems
    • Maintain employee files
    • Develop process to track recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost per hire)
    • Develop and maintain healthy internal and external relationships
    • Attend networking events and career fairs to build brand awareness and recruit at each of our branches.
    • Assist in administration of health and welfare plans, including enrollments and changes
    • Present OSM and the position in a positive, professional light
    • Maintain confidentiality
    • Perform other related duties as assigned

    Requirements :

    • Minimum 1 year experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
    • Proven background coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
    • Minimum 1 year experience in human resources
    • Strong background in interview, candidate screening and evaluations
    • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
    • Proven hands on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
    • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
    • Self-Managed and self-motivated with a real go getter mentality.

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software
    • Knowledge of employment laws
    • Willing to travel (approx. 5%)
