Experience:

24 months of Long Term Care experience is required.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Hawaii license prior to placement start.

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Will be performing assessments, treatments, medication administration, notification to MD/NP of pertinent information, admitting/discharging, ADL assistance, gastrostomy tube care, urinary catheter care, nebulized treatment, wound vac care, CPAP care and other assigned duties.

Shifts: will be based on census and facility need.
