Youll regularly participate in helping to gather staff perspectives to help positively impact the units by mentoring and motivating staff. Partner closely with nursing team leaders on quality measures, guide independent thinking, and patient-focused compassion.

The Medical Surgical Nurse Educator will be responsible for developing and managing clinical educational programs, new employee trainings, and continuing education for theinpatient nursing departments. Working closely with nursing leadership and the Director of Nursing Education and Professional Development, theNursing Educator RN will establish and implement programs in accordance with current evidenced-based practice and regulatory agency guidelines to facilitate professional development. The ClinicalNurse Educator will serve as a liaison, resource, and subject matter expert to RN staff, techs, CNAs, and ancillary staff.
