    Heidelberg Materials is seeking a qualified AOM (Aggregates Operations Management) Data Analyst to join our team in Irving, Texas.

    What youll get to do

    • Support the rollout of AOM Full and AOM IIoT across North America
    • Facilitate as go to person for support of AOM at sites
    • Coordinate the master data collection for aggregate sites in NAM.
    • Provide regular feedback to Global functions regarding system use and improvement opportunities.
    • Coordinate with other Area CCA AOM team members to exchange knowledge.
    • Maintain master data by making changes upon request from operations
    • Manage the site preparation tasks to ensure sites are ready for the AOM system.
    • Prepare mobile devices by enrolling AOM master data into the application
    • Execute remote and on-site training.
    • Simulate and conduct tests on the reporting system.
    • Troubleshoot issues reported by site personnel.
    • Generate step-by-step troubleshooting documentation.
    • Coordinate meetings amongst the North American digital team.
    • Assist with managing the rollout timeline
    • Participate in continuous improvement efforts through data focused thinking; perform process assessments identifying opportunities.

    Essential Experience and Skills

    • Meets at least one of the following key education / experience requirements:
    • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, IT, or Business
    • A well-articulated solid track record of accomplishments in same competencies (Engineering, IT or Business) with vocational training or individual certifications
    • Extensive experience (5+ years) in aggregate/quarry operations within our organization or similar business in line with the additional requirements of this role
    • Advanced skills in MS Office, especially in MS Excel using macros, pivot tables, and advanced formulas, with ability to structure content and plan projects
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as internal and external customer service skills
    • Strong preference for candidates with experienced with AOM, SAP, JDE, Tableau, BI and optimization and planning tools
    • Ability to communicate with diverse groups of employees ranging from operations personnel to upper-level management
    • Ability to work extended hours as needed to meet changing deadlines
    • Willingness to travel within North America (US/Canada) on short notice (Average 60% travel, carefully consider this when applying)

    Preferred Experience and Skills

    • Strong preference for candidates with experienced with AOM, SAP, JDE, Tableau, BI and optimization and planning tools
