Sodexo Seniors is seeking an Environmental Services / Custodial Manager 2 to support new business located inWashington, DC.This Environmental Services Manager will report to General Manager and assist with overseeing the housekeeping and laundry operations for Ingleside at Rock Creek, a large upscale continuing care retirement community. This community is located on 14 wooded and landscaped acres bordering Washington, DC's beautiful Rock Creek Park with easy access to DC's numerous amenities.

Are you the experienced Environmental Services/Housekeeping Manager were seeking?

We are looking for a candidate who:

• have 2 or more years environmental service management experience;
• have knowledge of floor care;
• has ability to develop and motivate a team of 15+ hourly employees to exceed the expectations of clients and residents;
• schedules, training, ordering and assignment of duties;
• have the ability to work independently to drive program compliance and reach project target dates of completion;and/or
• has experience improving resident satisfaction, and driving full compliance to local, state and federal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• responsible for driving client andresident satisfaction scores;
• provides direct handling of incoming calls, follow up and other administrative duties / tasks as needed;
• supporting payroll and HR functions of reviewing hourly employees within Kronos, hiring, counseling, training; and/or
• supports a diverse and inclusive workforce.
