Demonstrate good working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Sanitation Practices (GSP), and governmental regulatory standards.

Inspects product by hand, with proper PPE, on moving conveyor belt to ensure product consistency.

Understand different case packs and weight ranges of product.

Ensure proper sealing of bags and boxes before packing into cases or onto pallets.

Monitor packing equipment to ensure everything is working correctly.

Communicate with co-workers at shift change regarding situations that have or may have impact on production operation.

Follow all safety rules and regulations.

Performs general housekeeping duties in production area; maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with existing policy.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Shift start: 4:00AM or 5:30AM
Shift length: 8 - 10 hours
Monday-Thursday, some weekends
