Position:Assistant Manager - must provide resume and references.

Responsibilities:

• Reports directly to General Manager
• Execution of all cooking activities including saute, grilling, prep, cleaning, etc...
• Ensuring orders are going out correctly and in a timely fashion
• Menu knowledge
• Ability to open or close restaurant
• Overseeing team members and assisting the General Manager in all management activities
