Purchasing Manager
Job Title: Procurement & Purchasing Manager
Location: Broken Arrow, OK
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to reduce costs and meet objectives.
- Lead Total Delivered Cost activities, negotiations, and supplier relationships.
- Communicate strategies and results effectively to leadership.
- Manage $53M+ annual spend and conduct supplier business reviews.
- Stay updated on industry trends and provide strategic guidance.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 5-7 years of purchasing experience.
- ERP and MRP module proficiency.
- Strong negotiation and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Physical Demands:
- Occasional movement around the warehouse.
- Administrative/office-related tasks.
- Climbing ladders and conducting assessments.
- Occasionally lifting materials weighing up to ten pounds.
