    Purchasing Manager

    Job Title: Procurement & Purchasing Manager

    Location: Broken Arrow, OK

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to reduce costs and meet objectives.
    • Lead Total Delivered Cost activities, negotiations, and supplier relationships.
    • Communicate strategies and results effectively to leadership.
    • Manage $53M+ annual spend and conduct supplier business reviews.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and provide strategic guidance.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
    • 5-7 years of purchasing experience.
    • ERP and MRP module proficiency.
    • Strong negotiation and project management skills.
    • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

    Physical Demands:

    • Occasional movement around the warehouse.
    • Administrative/office-related tasks.
    • Climbing ladders and conducting assessments.
    • Occasionally lifting materials weighing up to ten pounds.
