Title: Clinical Dietitian
Location: The Manor at Seneca Hill ? Oswego, NY
Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our dynamic and compassionate healthcare team as a Clinical Dietitian at The Manor at Seneca Hill in Oswego, NY.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in patient-centered environment, providing top-notch care to our resident population. The Clinical Dietitian will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and implement personalized nutrition plans.
COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $55,510 to $68,000, depending on circumstances including an applicant?s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
If hired, employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
About the Location:
The Manor at Seneca HIll is a 120 bed skilled nursing facility where residents enjoy a homelike environment with spacious, private or semiprivate furnished rooms. Residents' healthcare needs are met by an interdisciplinary team including physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, physical and occupational therapists, therapeutic recreation specialists, and nutritional services. In fact, The Manor is the ONLY nursing home in Oswego County to receive a 5-star rating in 2022.
Job Responsibilities
- Assess patient's nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition plans based on their medical history, current health status, and specific needs
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on proper nutrition, healthy eating habits, and lifestyle changes
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices for nutrition care
- Monitor patients' progress and make modifications to their nutrition plans as needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of clinical nutrition

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution
- Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) designation required or the ability to obtain RD / RDN within 6 months
- Certified Dietitian status in New York within 6 months of hire
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Passion for helping patients achieve optimal health through proper nutrition
