This 20 beds community medical center has been serving its community for over 100 years. The Nurse Manager will join a healthcare facility that is committed to prioritizing the needs of its community and has been recognized for excellence in quality and patient care.

The Nurse Manager will report to the Director of Nursing and Chief Nursing Officer and will oversee a tenured team of Nurse Supervisors, Registered Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants. The Nurse Manager will provide expert leadership and guidance to both the Medical Surgical and Intensive Care units at this hospital. The Nurse Manager will ensure that their team is up to date on their clinical competencies and will actively engage in clinical quality improvement tasks. This is an amazing opportunity to gain experience running a reputable department by managing staffing needs and monitoring the day-to-day operations.
