Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Bloomer, WI

Pay Range: $20-$25 an hour plus $2.50 night shift differential

Whats the Job?

• Set up and change products on plastic extruding machine to meet work order specifications
  
• Continual monitoring of quality and scrap production
  
• Perform housekeeping and preventative maintenance tasks in alignment with position
  
• Keep machines stocked with necessary raw materials
  
• Assisting co-workers with their tasks to expedite changeovers

Whats Needed?

• A strong commitment to safe work practices
  
• 3+ years with related work historyin a machine operatoror technical field (education or certifications considered)
  
• Technical and mechanical aptitude
  
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, pull, and lift up to 65 pounds throughout a 12 hour shift
  
• Basic working computerknowledge
  
• Strong interpersonal communication
