Responsibilities Include:
- Monitor team member efficiency, quality and guest response
- Visually inspect, operate, and maintain guestrooms, common area and associated equipment systems throughout the property.
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the facility including guestrooms, common areas, boilers, chillers, air compressors and related facility equipment!
- Monitor, maintain and test Emergency and Life Safety systems as the need arises
- Record and maintain various logs and preventative maintenance records.
- May be required to do other duties and special projects as assigned by the Chief Engineer.
QualificationsWhat are we looking for?
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 3 years of building and/or property maintenance.
- Prior experience supervising a team of at least 12 members or more is required.
- Flexible to work varied days and shifts, including weekends and/or holidays
- EPA, OSHA and CPO Certifications required.
Preferred, but not required:
- Technical diploma.
- 5-7 years of building and/or property maintenance.
