Job Summary:
The Manager, Talent Management will manage the performance and talent development programs and systems throughout the organization. The incumbent will lead the design, delivery, implementation and maintenance of CF talent management and workforce planning processes and tools that increase employee capability and drive a high performance culture.
Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:- Leads annual performance management process including annual performance reviews and development planning ensuring that employees receive meaningful, timely,fair and accurate feedback.
- Leads internal talent identification with efforts resulting in a robust talent pipeline and actionable succession plans for critical positions across the company.
- Works closely with HR to provide coaching to managers and employees on a variety of issues
- Analyze, design, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide processes, tools and methodologies for all talent management activities including: performance management, goal setting, succession and bench strength planning, individual development plans.
- Manage the annual talent management cycle including: determining all timelines in conjunction with related departments (compensation, systems, training, operations), coordinating with communication manager to develop all related associate communications, ensuring system experts are loading all required data, and succession planning facilitation.
- Build talent management capability across HR function through coaching and training of HR team members.
- Develop strategy for measuring the success and business impact of talent processes and methodologies. Create and implement ongoing improvements based on data findings.
- Assist with the selection of, and/or partner with external vendors for talent management and development support.
- Implement and oversee the WorkDay talent management module.
Internal Controls:
Establishes and implements processes and procedures to meet departmental internal controls requirements. Ensures that established processes/procedures are followed as designed. Works with Internal Controls Department to identify deficiencies in existing processes/procedures, the need for new ones, and the extent to which such processes/procedures are being followed. Develops and implements corrective actions with regard to department internal controls as necessary.
Successful incumbents will have:- 5+ years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated expertise in talent management and development.
- Demonstrated strong consultative, relationship building, interpersonal and influence skills in dealing with all levels of management. Effective at quickly establishing credibility and developing working relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required. Master's degree in OD/Talent Management or related field preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills (written, verbal) and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
- Ability to travel as required.
Position Scope/Contribution:
The Manager, Talent Management will work with all levels of employees including the executive level. Travel to site locations will be required.
