Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

24 months of Medical Surgical Oncology experience is required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license in hand at the time of application.

Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Influenza - Seasonal vaccine must be updated annually.

No Block Scheduling.

No current ASC employees, at any capacity, are allowed to submit to travel jobs. All candidates must NOT be actively employed at ASC for consideration.

Candidate needs to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

In order to receive travel rate, clinicians claimed residence must match address on drivers license.

IF LOCAL: the Clinician must agree to the lower local pay package to be submitted.

Every other weekend rotation, every weekend optional, block schedule optional, holiday schedule given at time of hire.

Opportunity for chemo administration if applicant has ONS chemo certification.
