Lerner Tower 4 is a 30 bed adult inpatient care unit that primarily provides care for neurology and neurosurgical patients. Within the unit there is also a neuro intermediate care unit, in which stepdown acuity level neuro patients can be cared for. The diversity of the neuro patient population makes Tower 4 a great home for a nurse at any experience level. Lerner Tower 4 as a unit is as unique as the patient population we care for. Neuro patients are known for being challenging, but the Tower 4 staff take great pride in accepting that challenge day in and day out and having a little fun while doing it

Experienced RN's will receive a sign on bonus in the amount of $4,000 in two installments. (Current UH employees are not eligible for the sign on bonus)
