Join AAAs Roadways College Internship Program!

AAA has an exciting opportunity to join the Call Center Technology Team for a 10-week internship. Interns should have a career aspiration and passion for technology, collaboration, and creative problem-solving. Interns will actively participate in program contributing to meaningful projects and work closely each week with the Call Center Technology Team.

About the Roadways College Internship Program:

Over the summer program, interns receive tools and resources for their growth and development that will help them prepare for the current and future workforce, including:

• Understanding how to align business strategy with key objectives and initiatives
• Using behavioral and communication tools to enhance their personal image
• Demonstrating flexibility, agility, and the ability to respond effectively to change
• Cultivating relationships to increase collaboration and build trust

What Youll Do

• Attend weekly operational and strategic insight sessions with senior leaders
• Attend learning and development sessions to further enhance your leadership skills
• Create and develop presentations using Microsoft Office Tools but not limited to PowerPoint
• Network with executives and senior leaders across different business units
• Participate in team building and volunteer events
• Participate in job shadowing/hands-on activities (i.e., pair programming, attending daily stand-ups, ceremonies, and retrospectives)

What Youll Need

• Must be a Junior or Senior enrolled in a college/university with emphasis in Computer Science or similar
• Junior or Senior level education with emphasis in Computer Science or similar
• C-sharp (code development)
• Tableau or Crystal Reports (to build reports)
• SQL(write queries to extract data from our various databases)

Internship Eligibility:

• Must commit to the entirety of the program; June 10th through August 16th
• Must commit to working full time, 40 hours per week
• Must be willing to commute to the office daily

The pay for this position is $27.00 per hour
